I seldom write any reviews, but this movie had a certain feeling, combined with skill and an honest and true thought behind it. It communicates perfectly the idea and causes an impression. I liked it a lot ,it left me kind of a bitter sweet feeling, I love that by the way, I haven't had a lot of feelings lately.

Although It is clear tha it's one of your first attempts, here are some things I would like to point out:

-Alot of the graphics ,though kind of elaborate and well done, give a certain powerpoint image impression.. getting into a style discussion is not the point, but be carefull with gradients and over-cartoony outlines.. specialy since you used utlines for some images and for some others you didn't...

-Animate.. don't just overlap movie clips start by making the action a bit less intense and maybe shorter, but emphazise on animating your characters..

-Check out some tutorials around here, the layered background tutorial I believe would help alot

"Newgrounds wtf"

I don't know, newgrounds can be way too predictable sometimes... I swear, I saw this flash when it was under judgement and I thought "man.. this is exactly the kind of stuff that goes to the frontpage (besides the really good stuff duh) and I don't believe it's really worth it" -said and done-. I'm not bitching or calling you emos... I mean it kind of felt like it, but I don't like how anything that's a bit sad and sentimental lately is called emo. It had some really nice high quality stuff, but in general I failed to see the depth ,originality... and yes ,quality in this.

The music mix was really well done, and I liked alot how it was synchronized with the movie. The unity of the themes works well too, and the general tone is right.. But it was just kind of poor in quality and creativity .(guy cutting himself, guy with rose, guy walking crying, guy being taken by an angel) you know what I mean, its ok to see ONE of this things in an animation, but not ALL. I do want to tell the artists in this collab, if it's trully your first animation, you're doing good and as you mature as flash animators you can be great. And maybe newgrounds took this up to support new artists, but if that is the case, there are alot of other really good artists in more mature stages ,that I know would produce much more out of some exposure.

I know it was too long... but it's been bulked up and I finally put it out there.
Keep it up.. I don't like it now, but I can see that you can produce some good stuff in the future
